Online Return Policy
The following policy was created based on our trusted manufacturer's guidelines:
- Return Policy - For items purchased online only, NOT at pop-up shops. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order/package. Please read the "Eligible Items" to ensure your return is acceptable. To initiate a return, please contact psychedthelabel@gmail.com as soon as possible. In the email, be sure to include the item's order number, photos of issue, and a written reason for the return. Next, Psyched The Label will send a request to their manufacturer. The manufacturer aims to process the request within 7 working days. If your return/refund request is confirmed, you will be able to return the items to the manufacturer in their original packaging. The manufacturer will not accept unconfirmed returns. * If the return is not confirmed by the manufacturer, Psyched The Label will try their best to accommodate our customer the best that they can.
- Eligible Items - All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. The manufacturer does not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items. They do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning the package; the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.
- Non Eligible Items - For hygiene reasons, tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks cannot be returned, Sample items, Deliberately damaged items, Items sent back for return more than 7 days from the date of receipt, the purchaser decides are not what they intended or no longer want, Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery are delayed due to misinformation provided to Psyched The Label, such as the recipient’s incorrect phone number or shipping address.
