Shipping policy
This shipping policy is for Psyched The Label and was last updated: 10/9/2024
1. Shipping & Delivery Options
Domestic Shipping: Standard (5-8) Business Days - Based on Weight & Cost of Orders Placed
International Shipping: Standard (9-14) Business Days - Based on Weight & Cost of Orders Placed (we are currently using for most orders)
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order can not be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order please contact psychedthelabel@gmail.com 1-2 days after confirmed order.
4. Returns/Exchange
Returns for Exchanges will be accepted within 10 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must meet the requirements list of the eligible items found in our return policy.
5. Delayed Orders
All orders placed to Psyched The Label are created, packaged, & shipped by the Founder and/or our reliable manufacturer. If an order is undergoing a delay of processing (over 14 days), customers should contact psychedthelabel@gmail.com with any questions or concerns about status of their order. We do not allow for cancellations or refunds. Keep in mind international shipping does take a bit longer than local.
6. Damaged Orders
Psyched The Label is not responsible for lost or damaged products/packages after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Orders can not be placed to P.O boxes. The TSA has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the U.S As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
